Text Banking

Our flexible It's Me 247 online banking system makes taking care of your credit union transactions faster and easier than ever! Check your balances, transfer funds, and get information when it's convenient for you. Mobile banking from your smart phone is available, too.

To sign on, you'll need your account number, your confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) and answers to your selected knowledge-based questions. The first time you access It's Me 247, your PIN is the last 4 digits of the primary member's Social Security number. You may change your PIN after accessing the system.

It's Me 247 lets you:

  • Verify the date and amount of your transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
  • Transfer funds between accounts at LCU and between your LCU accounts and accounts at other financial institutions with Account to Account (A2A) transfers*
  • Make loan payments from funds in your accounts
  • View cleared checks
  • Review loan payoff amounts and due dates
  • See pending ACH transactions with the "ACH Transactions" tab
  • View the dividends and interest of accounts you closed last year in addition to your current accounts.
  • Pay bills online with CU*EasyPay bill payment
  • Download your account data to Microsoft Money software from both personal and business accounts to help you manage your money
*If you would like to transfer from your account number to another account number, please contact the credit union to complete an authorization agreement.

Receive your LCU account statements electronically through It's Me 247. An email from us lets you know your eStatement is ready each month. Log in to It's Me 247, choose on of the options shown, verify your email address, and click Accept. If you change your mind later, use this same link to cancel eStatements.

Security features of Mobile Banking

  • For added security, remember to use the 'Logout' button when using Mobile Banking. On iPhone or Android devices, the 'Logout' button is on the Home/Options screen. It can easily be found by hitting the 'Home' button in the upper right corner at any time.
  • If you need to change your password, log on to your secure account in It's Me 247. You may not change your password in Mobile Banking.
  • If you think your account has been compromised, call us immediately. After hours, enter an incorrect password 3 times to lock your account until you’re able to contact us.

Text Banking

Receive banking information conveniently by texting us at IM@247 (46247). With text banking, we can keep you informed with real-time alerts about account information and you can send a text message command to receive replies with the balance of your savings, checking, certificates, loans, and credit card accounts. Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.

Text Banking Commands

A list of these commands is available via a link in online banking during the Text Banking enrollment process. These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247):

BAL  Balance for all accounts
BAL {nick}  Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts where {nick} is a custom 1-6 character nickname assigned within It's Me 247
BAL {#} 
Balance for a specific account where {#} is the 3=digit account suffix
BAL {nick} {#} 
Balance for a specific membership and account combination

One-way Text Alerts

Set up one-way text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts.

- Account balance
- Notification of ACH deposit or withdrawal
- Notification that a loan payment is due
- E-Notice notification

How much will this cost?
Please see the Text Banking page in online banking for fee disclosures. Your mobile phone carrier may charge you standard text messaging fees. Check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren't sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.

How to get started
You can enroll in Text Banking by clicking on the "Go Mobile" button on the It's Me 247 toolbar, then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247).
