Debit Cards

    There is no surcharge for members to use our ATMs at our Bell and
    Oneida locations. Also, look for the Alliance One logo on ATMs to find

Lost or Stolen Checks or Cards
  • You can program a stop payment on a single check or a book of checks online in It’s Me 247 or by contacting us at 920-729-5100. The stop payment fee of $12 applies.
  • For lost or stolen debit cards, contact LCU as soon as possible at 920-729-5100 during business hours, or 1-866-333-4740 as soon as you realize your debit card is missing.
  • You are not liable for unauthorized purchases if your card is lost or stolen
  • We contract with a company to monitor possible fraudulent transactions on your LCU debit card. This company, on behalf of LCU, may call you to verify a VISA debit card transaction. If you aren't home, a message will be left asking that you call 1-800-890-5097; a number staffed 24 hours a day. You should NEVER give out your card number or PIN. Simply verify transaction amounts and locations at which the card was used to determine whether the card should be shut down for fraud.
